The Waco Women's Training Program offers the opportunity to improve your fitness no matter what your current skill level. Whether your are a walker, a beginning runner, or a runner with a time goal, the Waco Women's Training Program will help you achieve your fitness goal.
Each weekly session will start at 6:00 pm with a group run lead by motivated and experienced group leaders. The group runs are tailored to help you progress to reach your personal goal. At the conclusion of the run until 7:30 pm you will have to opportunity to listen to exciting speakers on fitness related subjects to learn different ways to stay fit.
